Wardrobe | Oak and Linoleum

This wardrobe was designed and built for a family in Copenhagen, Denmark. They use their bedroom as an office during the daytime, so having a storage solution that was both efficient and soothing to look at. The dark blue linoleum gives a calm surface and the oiled oak gives a warm, lovely contrast.
The wardrobe has a specific section for a vacuum cleaner, an ironing board and a laundry rack - things that would otherwise be stored behind a door or some other inconvenient place. Handles are solid brass and have specifically been chosen without lacquer, so they will show patina with time.
